As with many of the pages on this website, this page is being created by a local enthusiast and will be completed soon. In the mean time, here is some handy information:

The Keweenaw ORV Trail System is open for ATV’s and Side By Sides, though jeeps, pickups, full-size vehicles, converted 4X4s and dirt bikes are prohibited. Fold out, paper ATV trail maps are available at the Copper Harbor Fuel Stop and several other businesses in town, while a vitural version is available at: Keweenaw Trails Club

ATV’s and Side by Sides are authorized on designated ATV trails in the Keweenaw, from Calumet to Copper Harbor.

The following Trail Head locations have parking available:

  • Copper Harbor
  • AmericInn in Calumet
  • The Vansville Bar in Phoenix
  • Ramada Inn in Hancock
  • Lac La Belle Lodge
  • Kauppie’s Marina in Gay
